Extremely disappointed with my experience (or lack of) with National Ice Centre. Applied to a role with them through a recruiter who was subsequently ghosted by the business. This seems to be becoming more and more common but it's disappointing to see especially from such a small team, and it is making the job search even tougher in an already extremely difficult market.
