Entrevista por telefone em inglês com recrutadora do RH da costa rica. Dois dias após enviar meu currículo me responderam com um e-mail pela manhã marcando a entrevista para o horário do almoço. Por ser uma ligação internacional, a qualidade do sinal estava fraca, prejudicando um pouco o contato, agravado por ser em inglês, com falantes não nativos.

Good but quite tough. They wanted to know what are your strengths, your projects and also tested a few technical knowledge. You are given a set of questions and a timer will countdown your answering time.

Interviewer asked a lot of question to test the candidate, and the candidate spent 1 hr plus for the entire session. At the time only 1 interviewer inside as this is just internship program. But the questions are really hard.
