I was contacted by their recruiters via email first, then I had a phone interview with them. After that they sent my résumé to the HR person. Normally there would have been several other steps, but they jumped to wanting to meet me face to face now. I do not live in the area, in fact I live quite a distance away and do not currently have a job. I had to fund this trip. I came for the interview. We met as planned. I was seated across the office from three gentlemen who did not talk much. John did most of the talking and he is the one needed the addition support. No one was smiling, it was very serious in there. No extraverts! I was able to answer the questions since I have held this type of position before. It was a tough crowd of poker faces.
