Pretty smooth with one technical round and two behavioural rounds. Everyone is very responsive going through the process. Technical round is not too hard. Behavioural rounds are pretty standard just be cordial and you should be fine.

Went through multiple rounds of interviews and was then ghosted, even after following up. Clearly I dodged a bullet because treating a candidate this way speaks volumes about how employees are valued. At a minimum a canned email saying you didn’t get the position would have been the bare minimum especially for a company that is supposedly held in such high regard.
