Very pleasant, welcoming human resource personal. I interviewed with human resource, followed by a department manager. They both were very nice and made conversation easy, they asked many questions mostly about what if situations with customers. Overall, great interviewing experience.

What do you do in a situation where a customer is upset?
This was a virtual interview with recruiter. The next step would have been with a local sales manager but our schedules did not align so I did not continue the process.

Can you tell us about your experience satisfying customers?
Simple and straightforward, questions about my experience, why I want to work there, etc. Then, more specific questions about my sales background. There were no trick questions really. It was just straight to the point.
I had a virtual interview with a recruiter after applying and invited to online hiring fair. Discussed background, asked about commitment and availability as well as applicable skills and background. Was looking for a seasonal position, and none were available yet.
