Only one interview with a paralegal and two other project assistants, in person, with a generally casual flow to the conversation. The paralegal, at one point, will leave the room so that the interviewee can ask specific questions to the other PAs and generally provide honest answers and feedback.

The interviewer was cordial, yet dominated the conversation, asking only three questions throughout. It felt less like an interview and more like an impromptu therapy session, leaving me wondering about the purpose of the meeting.
