Their recruitment team is really efficient in how they handle their processes from scouting their prospective candidates and processing them for employment. They know what they are looking for and can assess the skills of their candidates very well. In a span of one week my application was processed thru their respective key personnel from initial interview to the Job Offer. Well commended for their efficiency and effectiveness.

None, all of their questions are quite easy and related to what I was applying for.
The interview process had three stages. First, there was a phone screening with an analyst just to see if there was a fit. Then, there was a video interview with HR, which included very typical behavioural questions. The last step was a final round Superday where there were multiple group activities and two short individual interviews.

First Week:
Submitted my CV thru a friend, then phone interviewed by HR the next day. I was then Scheduled for a series of interview with 2 Team Leads and 1 Practice Manager.
Second Week:
Scheduled for an interview with another Practice Manager then endorsed to the Director.
Third Week:
Job Offer.

The interview process was challenging. I had to be interviewed by recruiter, colleagues, team leads, managers and director. But the vibe was not intimidating. They made sure that applicants were comfortable so as to avoid nervousness.
