The first step was a intro call that was longer than 1 hour, going over everything regarding your experience and why you would want to join netlight. Then there was a system design case, in person.

Case about building a application and then there were guidelines and requirements
The recuriter called (not video call, voice call on my phone line) in the middle of the day out of nowhere with very little explanation and just told me he would like to conduct the interview NOW! Caught me by surprise and honestly felt disrespectful, I then asked him to reschedule for the evening and cancelled later, cause what kind of company conducts interview with no prior warning or info, just calling randomly to your phone!!!

The first round of interview was for personality assessment. The interviewer asked about the previous experiences, the motivation to work at netlight consulting and then explained how the company operates. Was an excellent experience overall.
it was the first interview. Interviewer was very friendly. They care about knowing you as a person. We went through CV, background and motivation. Also asked about hobbies. Interview also introduced the company structure well.
