Competency based interview.
You submit CV through the online oracle system, the hiring manager then reviews it & if successful, there is an interview invite. The interview lasts for an hour.

Tell us about a time you've done something out of your own initiative.
The interview consisted of safety related questions and behavioural questions asking for examples of where I have demonstrated the Network Rail behaviours. They send out guidance on how to structure you answers with the interview invite, it was really helpful to use this.
