Interview includes competency based questions, health and safety, diversity and inclusion and a technical question or two. It's quite hard to get a band 3 job without knowing someone. Feedback is rarely giving.

The interview consisted of safety related questions and behavioural questions asking for examples of where I have demonstrated the Network Rail behaviours. They send out guidance on how to structure you answers with the interview invite, it was really helpful to use this.
