I interviewed with half of the staff, from Friday through Tuesday on the phone. What struck me was that there were no technical questions. The interview was to see how I would fit into the culture and get along with the staff. I asked the CEO about this unusual interview method and he told me that they knew about my technical abilities, the key was to see how I fit into the N&ST family.
