Nex ghosted me after I completed 5 interviews over 3 months. Although I enjoyed speaking with some of their talented team members, it was clear that the company is highly disorganized. I had multiple interviews rescheduled at the last minute, interviewers ran late or overtime, communication was slow or nonexistent, and several interviews included different participants than I had been briefed on. While getting ghosted wasn’t entirely a surprise, it was still deeply disappointing. Especially considering that in my final interview, I asked when I could expect to hear back and was told the next day. I followed up via email after weeks of silence and still didn’t receive a response. A rejection would've been nice. Overall, a highly unprofessional experience. Good luck to anyone else interviewing.
