The only reason I didn't join is because someone else just threw a lot of money at me (by the way: NextRoll offer was also quite good).

The recruiter, Richa, contacted me on LinkedIn and we had a brief discussion about the position as well as my background. The interview process was as follows: 1. 1-hour technical interview with the hiring manager and one of the team members. 2. They quickly scheduled 4 more rounds of interviews which focused on system design, technical knowledge, past experience, and work style. They were quick to make the decision and give an offer. The recruiter and the hiring manager were really helpful in explaining the entire offer and how NextRoll is a great place to work.
