Pretty typical process consisting of a call with the recruiter, hiring manager, and then a multi interview final round. I spent over 6 hours of time interviewing for this role as well as a lot of time preparing. The interviews were fairly standard but after I finished the final round I was completely ghosted despite multiple follow ups with the recruiter. Extremely rude to have a candidate go through this process and not have the decency to follow up and give an answer one way or another. For a company that wants to build community, Nextdoor needs to take a hard look at how they manage these processes and treat people.
