They reached out to me at first. I have had 4 interviews in total from June to September, partially due to summer vacationing. My big issue with the process was the frequent disappearance of the team and general misleading from their end. I am not a Norwegian and while I started to learn the language I asked them about the language requirements during the first 3 interviews and told me it is okay if I only learn later. In the end, it was the leading cause why they rejected me. Also, they always promised to reply by a specific time, but always failed to do so. Generally, they came across to me as dishonest and misleading, I would not trust them.
