i received an offer after speaking to a recruiter at a career fair that my school hosted. the interview consisted of a quick technical interview along with a short behavioral assessment. the interview was 30 minutes in total, and they were very nice and accommodating.
It was a 30 minute phone interview with 2 managers. I was asked four behavioral questions and was asked to answer them using the STAR method. I was also asked, to describe a project in my resumes and to state my biggest takeaway from completing that projec.t

I'd like to say they gave me the wrong interview. I thought I was getting one for an electrical engineering role, but was surprised to show up to a software interview. They said they would calm back with a. phone interview for an electrical position, but 1 year later, I'm still waiting for that phone call.
