I had a series of 3 interviews. My first was conducted on the phone, my second was conducted in person with the 2 hiring managers, and my third was with a team of my prospective peers. I am a team player, and always have wanted to be on the hospital side of EHR, so my transition into this role will be smooth. My interviews discussed my experience, my obstacles, my strengths, and discussions regarding projects that I have been involved with in the past. Being in the Healthcare IT arena, it was an extremely natural conversation where all parties involved where speaking the same language.
