Was contacted by the Director of Social Work and scheduled for an interview date with several options; interview was about an hour. Shortly afterwards scheduled for a second interview with the Senior Administrative Director and Director of Social Work; interview lasted about 20 minutes. Was told that the talent aquisition team would contact me in about one week; offered an unofficial position by the Director of Social Work prior to getting on the elevator. Offered the position official about 3 weeks later by the talent aquisition team as they were not the ones who selected me for the position. Was asked to re-apply online. All paperwork and HR appointment scheduled the same day in 3 days.
