My first round interview was a phone interview while I was attending classes at university. It was an informational interview in which I asked questions about the company etc. I then submitted my resume and scheduled a one on one interview in the office. The next interview was a behavioral interview that asked questions such as what kind of things motivate me and do i believe that people earn success. Pretty standard interview process.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
