The HR interview was very classic and regimented despite the organization being promoted and known for innovation. The questions were extremely specific. She provided absolutely no feedback or acknowledgement on any of the responses I gave. It was a 1-hour phone interview so you are not even able to see facial feedback for such a grueling first interview.

She asked a lot about specific examples for projects you might have done in the past, using specific tools or techniques. For a first interview and with HR who I imagine does not get into the research was really pressured.
