The process started with an initial interview with someone from the Talent Attraction team. I was told they’d add me on WhatsApp to coordinate next steps, but that never happened. The following day, I saw the position was reposted. I still prepared for the scheduled video interview, but no one showed up, and I received no cancellation or follow-up. There was also no way to contact them. Unfortunately, I found the experience unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates. This is the only space I have to share my experience, as there was no way to contact the interviewer after they missed our scheduled meeting. The process lacked basic communication and respect for the candidate’s time.
