There are three interviews. The first is with the HR, second is with the COO and finally the CEO. During the first interview, the HR mainly asked mainly on what do the candidate know about the company. Second, the COO would ask more technical questions pertaining to the role. Finally, the CEO would grill the candidate on the working experience as described in the resume. Finally, there is another last final interview when the HR calls to ask if the candidate has any more questions. This is when the package was discussed and HR would then prepare the offer letter overnight.
