I applied directly in their website and with in 2 weeks they scheduled the interview. But it was a very bad experience. The HR team has no clue who all were involved in the interview process from the interview penal. After couple of rounds, they asked for the Salary & Benefits and found that its not going to be a match as their bracket was bit lower. But should have asked those things from the beginning to save the time for both the parties. And worst part was, the hiring manager was not clear enough on the requirement and whom they should talk to. Expectation was to get best of the best without knowing the requirement clearly.
