Initial contact via recruiter followed by a 20 minute telephone interview with the head of department. General informal chat about skills and the job role. Face to face interview was also pretty informal, led by the same head of department, also in attendance were 3 technical personnel who chipped in with related questions. Interview format was a reverse chronological chat through CV following each stated experience or skill with in depth discussion. CV chat was followed by a more role based discussion. Following the interview was a non supervised 15 question technical test. Fairly basic stuff.
