The interview process was calm and well organised. One of the interviewer was an actual psychologist who was writing stuff down every time you speak. Interviewers were friendly and cheerful.

After clearing the written exam a month back, I was called for GD-PI on the same day in December 2010. The Gd topic was on Indo-American relation after Obama's visit . After that I went in for the Personal Interview. The interview went for half an hour. The panel seemed to be overall impressed with my research paper publications.

Campus pool. As the company is based in the north eastern region of India, you better have knowledge of that area and at least one of the languages (Preferably Assamese). Written exam was conducted in the month of March. It had 10 odd technical questions and an essay. 3 hours duration. Results were out in the month of May. GD and Interview after 15 days. GD was not eliminating. Interview was tech+HR+GK.
