The process ended abruptly and unexpectedly after my HR interview.
The HR interview went great. The position lined up with my skills and with what I was looking for, the recruiter commented positively on my answers, and said that they thought I would be a great fit at Okta (either in the position I'd applied for, or for one of their other openings.) Said they would pass my information on to the hiring manager and they'd be in touch shortly. I actually felt good about the call, which is a rarity - initial screens are usually a solidly neutral experience.
The next communication I got was an automated rejection notification from their ATS.
I'm used to getting rejection notifications before I've ever talked to anyone at the company - but I found it rude and unprofessional that after having started a conversation with Okta, they couldn't even bother to notify me personally or provide me with any details on why decided not to move forward.

On April 10th 2025 I got a mail from HR, wanted to connect with you, please select a suitable time.
1st Round : Screening Round with HR
2nd Round: Kubernetes System Design and Cultural fit questions with Hiring Manager
3rd Round: Dive Dive Kubernetes, Scenerio based question
4th Round (Final) : Kubernetes lifecycle questions
As i was not selected in Final Round
I got a Feedback email from HR to connect.
15 mins Feedbacks call.
Recruiter reached out to me initially via Linkedin, asked for resume beyond that provided by Linkedin, and booked half an hour. Clearly didn't bother to take any time to look at any of my more than applicable skillset and basically asked me to regurgitate resume info by attaching years to experience on specific languages. Interview trail ended there with automatic response from a system I never actually applied to - solid waste of time.
