Portfolio presentation, whiteboard exercise, 4 behavioral interviews.
The whiteboard exercise was odd. I expected a more collaborative session, but the interviewer turned their camera off and I was expected to work solo.
The behavioral interviews were too short (30 min) to build a rapport. The order of my interviews was odd, as I spoke to the most senior executive first, then the actual team.
Overall the process was only fine, but It struck me that withholding feedback after a design interview feels somewhat at odds with the values we champion as designers.
