Applied online and got scheduled for a phone interview few days later. Interviewer canceled last minute (around an hour before) and said that the role was being transferred to another person and that they would reach out to me again to reschedule. Been two weeks and still nothing. Emailed them and received no response. I've read reviews that highlighted issues of last minute interview cancellations and I had an inkling it would happen to me. Very unprofessional.

1 HR phone screen, 1 Hiring Manager video interview, 1 Tech Lead technical video interview. Everything was great. Received an oral offer two weeks after the interview and a formal offer letter one week after the oral offer.

The Hr was honest and schedules tech interview. Tech round went well but they decided to cancel the position. The interview was good so I was bit disappointed but HR informed me about it instead of ghosting me.
