I got a phone call saying they had relieved my resume and would like to schedule a face to face interview. This was a very laid back interview. We met at a halfway point and ended up doing the interview at a McDonald's. He asked very basic questions, and then told me about the company and what they do. At the end he just asked if it was something I was interested in proceeding with and we could schedule a drug test.
