The process consisted of three stages: a screening call, a 2-hour technical interview, and a conversation with product owners. The HR screening was smooth and friendly. The recruiter was very approachable and easy to talk to. We discussed my experience, expectations, and got to know each other better. There were no red flags or concerns — everything was as it should be. The technical interview lasted two hours. The interviewers were engaged and genuinely interested in the conversation. There was no pressure; on the contrary, I felt supported. When my thoughts went in the wrong direction, they gently helped me get back on track. It was clear that they are professionals who care about what they do. A solid 5/5. The final interview was with product owners. Again, it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was involved and interested in me as a candidate. The atmosphere was friendly, and there was absolutely no toxicity or stress. Throughout the process, I had the opportunity to ask many questions and got clear, honest answers. I was able to learn everything I needed about the company, its direction, and my potential role.
