Two Video Interviews with multiple participants. A little too casual. One interview had only one participant, but sounded like someone was typing everything i said, and there was no indication there was someone else in the interview. I dressed business casual, and interviewers were in hoodies and one actually had hood up over face. I was under-qualified, as was apparent after the technical interview. The strangest thing was not hearing back from the company after 2 interviews. I found this disrespectful, and possibly an indicator on the company.
