Sehr strukturiert und deckt viele Fragen von alleine. Sie suchen nach Speziellen kriterien, welches nicht zu hoch gesetzt sind sondern machbar. Sie interessieren sich, sie geben sich mühe und sind sehr offen. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm im Büro. Zuerst war ein telefon gespräch mit dem Recruiter nachher kommt es zum Vorstellungsgespräch, danach zum zweiten Vorstellungsgespräch in München und danach ein Job angebot.

Pretty lengthy to be honest. Had 4 rounds over a span of 3 months but worked out pretty well.
Asked standard questions about experience, behavioural and resume, etc. Had 4 rounds of telephonic interview. Lasted pretty long most of them which is a pretty good sign.
