Bei Rückfrage innerhalb des Bewerbungsgesprächs wurde ich zurechtgewiesen, dass ich doch die Zeit der Beteiligten nicht verschwenden solle. Überhebliche Einstellung der Interviewer. Die Firmenkultur ist eine Katastrophe - die Hierarchien wie im alten Rom. Immer mehr Aufgaben, immer weniger Mitarbeiter, immer mehr Manager. Von Oben kommt nur Druck und leere Versprechungen. Im Prinzip ist alles Flexibel - und es war früher tatsächlich so.. aber inzwischen ist es erwartet, dass man die Arbeit für die ungefüllten Headcount abdenkt.. und immer erreichbar ist.

-HR- regular hr questions to describe yourself and what you did in college. Panel manager - thesis, behavorial Director - finalization and asking why you want to work with the company.
It's not that much difficult for consultant position. But you need to learn from basic knowledge to gone through the interview . For consultant position They asked business flow. Need to learn integration. Can get questions on integration too.
