Two interviews after applying. Time between applying and interviews were around 5 weeks. Genuinely easy interviews with basic questions. The interviews are done by two separate people over facetime or telephone. Once you get an offer you have to have another 5 minute call to confirm your identity about one week later.

Started with the initial interview where your alone and il admit I found this the hardest part as your just talking to nobody. Found out I passed and was straight to the assessment day which starts with a 45 min presentation about openreach which you should already know if you've researched them. Capabilities and suitability interview il be honest these aren't like any interview I've done before very relaxed. Just some simple questions about previous jobs and roles you've taken and why you think openreach is right for you now. If I can give any advice then its to relate alot of your answers to health and saftey. Also check up on what you'll actually need to do prior to breaking ground e.g permit to dig, checking for other buried services, risk to public whilst your working in the open ect ect. I kind of felt I had the job as I was getting on with the two different guys from both interviews. Had the interview on the Tuesday and got an email confirmation of job offer on Friday. Currently waiting to start 😌
