Colloquio
The process started with an online SHL G+ assessment (IQ test), followed by an online technical assessment (HackerRank). If these were passed, candidates undergo an application & assessment review, where recruiters check their résumé, LinkedIn, Github, etc. After this, there's a behavioural zoom interview, and (if passed) an online coding interview. Remaining candidates are then invited to a final round interview day.

SHL assessment was intentionally challenging, though easy to pass. HackerRank included LeetCode Easy level questions. Behavioural interview covered expected questions like "Can you discuss a time you encountered conflict within a team?" and "What learning strategy do you use in your studies?"
The interviews consisted of an OA, then behavioural, then technical and thena final round consisting of another technical, system design and behavioural. These last interviews all an hour each. I only got up to the first technical.

Behavioral interview: just a short talk with HR, motivation,…
Technical Interview 1: fundamental CS, nothing more
Technical Interview 2: system design, very vague but just go with the flow
Technical Interview 3: live coding, still leetcode but optiver style is a very descriptive problem, but the main thing could be boiled down into only few lines
