Initial conversation was a 30 minute interview with hiring manager. Conversation consisted of background, current team environment, and gaps currently on team. Onsite interview was extensive half day interview process. Met with entire team and went thoroughly into background and current work environment. Very evenly balanced interview to where you get to ask a lot of questions.
