Applied online, and a month later was contacted for an interview. Was asked situational questions and had a conversation about the unit. I was also shown around the unit and was able to ask my own questions about what I would be doing.

They have a panel of people that consisted of the unit's management and some team members. The CNA Interview is easy and fast. They asked about your strengths, weaknesses, and how you handle unhappy patients. They asked you the standard situational questions.
