I was interviewed via Zoom by several nurse leaders. It was challenging yet fair. They answered all my questions. They let me know I would hear back in about a week. I love the culture at OH and even in the interview, their dedication to excellence is clear.

Interview was great and the managers were very nice and informative. I was offered a job on a great unit but took a job elsewhere as their pay is lacking a little bit
