Applied through Linkedin and took a couple of email exchanges to get a confirmed date/time for a phone interview. The day of the interview, the recruiter was over 20min late to connect. She came off as very curt, no personality, did not provide any details of the role/company without me asking. She did not provide any insight on what the next steps were, or timing.

Interview process was extremely straight forward, they were always transparent and I knew when to hear from them and the next step in the process. Interviewing with the executives was more so of a large scale conversations on interests, goals, ambitions for the company and how best we could partner together.
