The interview process was extremely smooth and well organised. I applied in the last day the position was open and the next day I got an email to schedule the first interview. I had four interviews all in all. First one was a phone call with the recruiting person. The situation was really open and she was really easy to talk to. Second interview was with the IT manager in Finland via a video call. The situation was also really open and he was easy to approach. I also felt like the team had a great atmosphere. Third interview was a video call with the Helsinki Office coordinator and the HR Specialist to see how I am as person. The last interview was a videocall with the IT Manager in San Fransisco. The situation was more of a get to know each other type of video meet. The atmosphere was really open and relaxed from the start with Oura's recruiting process. I was always kept up to date and the process was fast. My interviews were all within two weeks so that I could catchup to other candidates on the process.
