The interview process was transparent and smooth. My recruiter was amazing and felt like my biggest advocate throughout the process.
I would describe this as a fairly standard interview process for a technical role. I had an initial call with the recruiter where we talked about the role and the interview process, followed by four separate interviews focused on behavioral and technical questions. I interviewed with several different people on the squad I would be working with.
Throughout the entire process everyone was very friendly and professional.

One of the technical interviews was a pair programming session
Applied and was sent an online assessment. The OA was in typescript only and that was not said in the email before accepting so I was unprepared for the syntax. I believe they were very strict in grading on expertise (which is fair) in the language.

Oura's communication during the process was exemplary. One of the things I appreciated the most was they kept in touch throughout, letting me know what to expect next and when to expect it.
The process wasn't excessively long: Application, one interview with HR and a technical one. They were fast to answer all questions, and to let me know they wanted to make me an offer. The official offer letter itself took a little bit longer to arrive, but not terribly so.
Overall, I would rate the hiring process highly. It's well planned and executed, and treats applicants with care and humanity.

Initial interview with recruiter, system design interview, take home assignment and hiring manager interview. Throughout, communication was clear, expectations were set upfront, and everyone I spoke with was respectful, prepared, and highly professional.
