I had the opportunity to meet with several employees across the organization. My conversations were welcoming and insightful providing me with a solid understanding of what I could expect at Owner. Those expectations, however, were not only met when I was so fortunate to join the Owner team, but they have been far exceeded. The team was flexible to accommodate my scheduling constraints. The communication was second to none, providing a sense of support throughout the entire process. Special shoutout to the scheduling guru, Victoria! I also have to give a shoutout to Sara & Alexis who made the process feel like white glove service. As a now employee of Owner, I can confidently say that Owner is a very special place and has nailed the secret sauce of start-ups.
