Colloquio
I applied online and then got the phone interview invitation with a recruiter. The phone interview lasted around thirty minutes. The questions were behavior questions, like "tell me a time when you...." and knowledge of PACCAR as well as yourself. Then I had some time to ask him questions and he introduced the following recruiting process to me. Should go through resume and do some preparations before the interview.

Colloquio
The first step was a phone interview which lasted about 30 minutes in January. Then I had a Skype interview, which lasted about 45 minutes. Finally, I was invited to travel to Bellevue, WA for an internship event where I was interviewed in person by three different people, and it was an all day event which included a lunch and socializing period, there were about 40 other people at this event with me. From there I was offered a summer accounting position over the phone and accepted.

Colloquio
It was a very relaxed interview. Applied online, led into a phone interview and resulted in a visit to the office. At the office there were three 30 minute interviews and a hour for lunch and networking. Very relaxed day and interviews.
