Very easy, some technical question and English skills. It was first the engineering manager and HR staff. the interview was about 2 hours.
I was there very early, the manager ask about my previous experience, some question about the work made during construction and revamp of the refinery.
At end, I was accepted and in 30 days i was able to work there.
