The company does most of their screening prior to the face to face interview. You are tested on how well you can multi-task, which is a pretty simple if you have every used a phone before. The interview asks about previous employment and how you handled specific situations. Be sure to know the history of your work.

I applied and got a response the next day. They sent me a link for an interview that consisted of STAR questions, personality questions, (i.e. describe your ideal work environment), and multiple choice questions.

The hireVue portion was easy but the wording was confusing. The interview process is fairly quick, a lot of behavioral questions and scenarios to gage how you would react. After the HireVue portion you play a few games one was a mathematical one just easy addition, multiplication and subtraction, one was a matching game with shapes, and one was this or that choices with weird photos
