There was a very professional interview set up. They rescheduled a few times but otherwise it was a smooth and formal process. Questions were simple, and they just wanted to know your experience and why you wanted the role.

Unfriendly, condescending, dropped for no reason, blocked for no reason on LinkedIn. One of the worst in my 20+ year career. They dropped me without giving feedback or any reason, and then the HR Business Partner I noticed, BLOCKED me on LinkedIn for no reason.
📣 Glassdoor, social media and word-of-mouth can be pretty powerful tools for professionals who feel they've been brushed off like fleas for no good reason, AFTER they've invested time, energy and emotions into answering questions, sharing their info, etc.
🤔 Unless they're being harassed or stalked, why do such a thing? Mind you these people who blocked DID NOT even get a connect request or anything of the sort. At most the candidate would have viewed their profile on LinkedIn.
🔎 Who wouldn't want to research the person interviewing them? If they feel creeped out by profile views, why are they on LinkedIn or socmed in the first place?
