Very informative interview which included a background of the company. I was then asked questions about my previous employment, if I had any paint expierence, how long I intended to stay with the company and if I would be looking to further my career with the company. They take care of their employes and intend to hire for long term.

I went to an in store job fair. As long as your answers aren't to crazy all they are looking at is your energy level. I sat down at a desk they asked about 25 questions. I found out by the manager that they reviewed them at the end of the day and people where contacted according to their energy rating. I hit the top I got a rating of an 8 out of a 1-10 scale.
