I was contacted by the recruiter because they could my linkedin profile and said they were very interested in discussing a role with me. Performed the normal screening interview and was told that they were waiting on a salary range increase from Corp before setting up interviews. I said that was fine. After the initial phone screening there was approximately a 12 day wait to set up a three part in person interview that was two weeks out from the time of the email letting me know when and where it would be. After completing the three part interview (that consisted of the standard interview questions) I was informed I would be hearing back. The next day I sent in three different thank you letters to which there was no reply, I also reached out to the recruiter to verify the email addresses of the three different people I interviewed with but there was no reply. Four days later I reached out to the recruiter again to try and get the emails of the interviewers with no reply. I sent one other email to the recruiter about a week later and one last Linkedin message checking in on Aug 7th. There have been no replies since the last update on the second interviewer changed last minute on July 16th. This entire process started on June 11th and it is now Aug 16th. No communications regarding next steps or even saying that they have moved forward with a different applicant at this time.
