Round 1: 2 hour Hackerank challenge- fairly easy questions Round 2: Phone interview: Twice I sat in front of my phone and laptop waiting for the interviewer to call but I never got any call. Finally when the interview was scheduled for the third time, I received the call. 10 mins: Resume discussion, why i want to work with Palantir etc. 30 mins: Coding question 5 mins: Questions Total interview duration: 45 mins I think I did a good job with the coding question. The interviewer seemed pleased with the solution. Didn't say if he felt something was wrong/odd/missing... 2 days later, got an automated email stating we can't continue with you as we have decided to move ahead with other candidates. Would have appreciated, if atleast after wasting 3 hours, the recruiter could have atleast sent a personal message. Now I am absolutely clueless about what went wrong in what seemed to be a very decent interview...
