Two calls before a face-to-face interview in London. Two junior interviewers, one senior guy. The junior interviewers seemed to be a bit stressed of the situation. I was really excited, unfortunately could not show my best in the interviews with the junior guys, even though I had more coding experience than they combined. Hotel and flights were paid by the company.

It included an initial screen, technical/coding-style evaluation, and behavioral discussions around ownership, problem solving, and working directly with users or clients.
